How to Apply
Booth Application is now open. APPLICATION DUE DATE: August 1st, 2012.

Approved applicants will be contacted early August. Booths operate between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on September 8, 2012.

Booth Types and Fees:

Non-Profit Community Group

Booth Fee: $50
Includes: A shared tent with other vendors, (1) standard folding table, (2) standard folding chairs.


For-Profit Venture

With Tent Without Tent

Booth Fee: $450

Includes: (1) private 10' x 10' tent, (1) standard folding table, (2) standard folding chairs

Booth Fee: $400

Includes: (1) standard folding table, (2) standard folding chairs

NOTE:

  • Each booth must supply their own staff or volunteers. Hydro and water are not provided. Generators are only allowed for food vendors, but generators will not be provided.
  • There is no rain date.
  • Interactive activities are highly recommended for the success of your booth. Please state your interactive activity in the booth description for approval. Attach additional relevant information as required.

Food Vendor

With Tent Without Tent

Booth Fee: $200

Includes: (1) private 10' x 10' tent, (1) standard folding table, (2) standard folding chairs

Booth Fee: $150

Includes: (1) standard folding table, (2) standard folding chairs

NOTE:

  • Food vendors must send a copy of the menu with the prices to be approved. The RBC Markham-Milliken Children's Festival reserves the right to review and approve your menu options and pricing.
  • If your application has been approved, please complete and submit the Ministry of Health Form to the York Region Health Department (Fax: 905-940-9872) two weeks prior of the event date. We will provide you with this form upon approval.
  • Pricing on items must be kept at a reasonable cost. Specifically, no more than $3 can be charged for pop and water.

Tentative Schedule of Events
08:00 - Booth check in and set-up.
10:00 - Festival begins.
18:00 - Festival ends. Teardown and clean up begin.
19:00 - Clean up must be finished by this time.
