RECOMMENDATION:
THAT the report dated
AND THAT a by-law be enacted to amend Sign By-law No. 2002-94, as amended, to:

Prohibit a ground sign along

Prohibit a ground sign on the adjacent parcel to
the north of the subject lands along

Forest Bay Homes Ltd. Applied for
a sign variance to permit a second ground sign along
A sign variance was approved at

OPTIONS/DISCUSSION:
Staff recommended that the sign
variance for a second sign along
Development Services Committee approved the sign variance with the above conditions.
The amendment to the by-law is
required to prohibit the sign along
INTER DEPARTMENTAL IMPLICATIONS:
The
By-law Enforcement and Licensing Department is responsible for the inspection
and enforcement of the Sign By-law.
