Consensus around 6 key focus areas:

1. Timelines for approvals, and reporting of KPI’s (could also include delegated approvals and coordination between Town Departments and external agencies)
2. Communication and support to clients/Team Building
3. Streamlining of legal agreement processes
4. Letters of Credit, and release therof
5. Development application processing software/automating user interface
6. Complete application submission and pre-consultation requirements.

Volunteers, with draft assignment to Working Groups by topic:
