THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF MARKHAM

TO AMEND SPEED BY-LAW 105-71

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF MARKHAM THAT BY-LAW NUMBER 105-71 BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:

1. By adding to the following street to Schedule “F” defining a maximum speed of 50 kilometers per hour:

COLUMN 1	COLUMN 2	COLUMN 3
HIGHWAY	FROM	TO
Courtyard Lane	Highway #7	Clegg Road

2. The By-Law shall come into force and effect upon receiving the third reading by the Council of the Town of Markham and also when authorized signs has erected.
