THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF MARKHAM

TO AMEND BY-LAW 2005-188

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF MARKHAM THAT BY-LAW NUMBER 2005-188 BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:

1. That Schedule “E” of Parking By-Law 2005-188 pertaining to “No Stopping Zones” be amended by adding the following named street:

COLUMN 1	COLUMN 2	COLUMN 3	COLUMN 4
STREET	SIDE	BETWEEN	TIME / DAY
Clegg Road	North	South Town Centre Boulevard and Warden Avenue	Anytime
Clegg Road	South	South Town Centre Boulevard and Courtyard Lane	Anytime
Clegg Road	South	Warden Avenue and a point 130 metres west thereof	Anytime
Courtyard Lane	Both	In its entirety	Anytime

2. That Schedule “L” of Parking By-Law 2005-188 pertaining to “Machine Control Areas (Highways)” be amended by adding the following named street:

COLUMN 1	COLUMN 2	COLUMN 3	COLUMN 4	COLUMN 5
STREET	SIDE	BETWEEN	TIME / DAY	PAYMENT RATE(S) & MAXIMUM TIME
Clegg Road	South	A point 130 metres west of Warden Avenue and Courtyard Lane	7:00am to 9:00pm; Monday to Sunday	$1.00 per hour; 3-hour maximum period

3. The By-Law shall come into force and effect upon receiving the third reading by the Council of the Town of Markham and also when authorized signs have been erected.
