New Business

·         Discussion ensued with regards to getting volunteer groups to help with the maintenance of the large farming equipment under the direction of board members or other museum volunteers with this expertise.  It was also suggested that efforts like this could be arranged as team building activities for various organizations and that Ron Christian organizes these types of programs.  A further suggestion was to link up with schools to help students get there community services hours while performing maintenance at the museum.

·         Randy Barber requested that the Wine Tasting Committee be added to the agenda.  Further most major decision for the event and time lines have been set.  As well they are still looking for more people to join the committee and perhaps this could be some of the new board members.  They have also asked that all board members work diligently to sell tickets to friends, family, etc. and to obtain silent auction items.

·         Ardy Reid motioned to adjourn meeting at 7:58pm, Councillor Moretti seconded motion.
