BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2002-276 BEING A BY-LAW TO IMPOSE FEES OR CHARGES FOR
SERVICES OR ACTIVITIES PROVIDED OR DONE BY
THE TOWN OF
Whereas Section
391 of the Municipal Act, 2001
provides that a municipality may pass a by-law for imposing fees or charges for
services or activities provided by or done on behalf of it;
AND WHEREAS
Section 392 of the Municipal Act,
2001 stipulates that a municipality shall establish and maintain a list for
public inspection indicating which of its services and activities and the use
of which properties will be subject to fees or charges;
NOW THEREFORE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
1. That Schedule “A” of By-law 2002-276, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended as follows:
A) Delete the following from the “Development Services” section:

This By-law comes into force and takes effect on
