BACKGROUND
On February
7, 2006, the Site Plan
application (SC 05 016629) submitted by Wemat Four Limited for an eight-storey
professional office building at 80 Minthorn Blvd (figure 1), was endorsed in principle, subject to conditions including the
following:
“3. THAT
this endorsement shall lapse
and site plan approval will not be
issued, after a period of three years commencing February 7, 2006, in
the event that the site plan agreement is not executed within that period;”
On
As all that
remains outstanding in order to obtain Site Plan Approval is the execution of
the Site Plan Agreement, Staff have no objections with extending the Site Plan
Endorsement to
RECOMMENDATION:
THAT Condition 3 of Site Plan Endorsement dated February 7, 2006 for the development of an eight-storey professional office building at 80 Minthorn Blvd, be revised to extend Site Plan Endorsement for an additional 3 years to expire February 3, 2012;
AND THAT all
other conditions of Site Plan Endorsement dated
