2009 Barkham Fest	Rob Goddard made a presentation inviting our Committee to join his efforts with this year’s Barkham Festival.	Discuss and make a final decision by December 1^st, 2008.	Entire Committee
2008 Applefest	Committee agreed that Applefest was successful, except for the poor weather. The silent auction did very well.	Decide whether or not the Committee would like to expand Applefest or if they would rather participate as a Committee, hosting a Silent Auction and a booth.	Entire Committee
Communication Strategy	Terrie provided the Committee with statistics on fundraising calendars with the Township of Scugog. They made approximately $8,000.00 profit for their shelter in one year.	Dedicate December’s meeting for brainstorming our calendar.	Entire Committee
OSPCA Tour	Committee was happy with the standards at the OSPCA shelter, however do not want to stray away from the goal of a Markham owned shelter.	Continue to fundraise for a Markham owned and operated shelter.	Entire Committee
Christmas Dinner	Valerie suggested going to a restaurant after the next meeting for Christmas dinner and celebration of a year of excellent hard work.	Pot luck dinner in the meeting. Please advise Christy what you are bringing.	Entire Committee
